360 Degree Views of UW-Oshkosh Residence Hall Rooms

Breese Hall

Breese Hall offers a friendly, active environment for residents to get involved. Yearly program traditions include NBC (Nelson, Breese, Clemans Halls) picnic in the spring, Trick or Treating with Big Brothers / Big Sisters, Breese Bucks incentive program, traditionally large involvement with Homecomming and Winter Carnival, and an emphasis on community service opportunities.

Breese Hall houses men on the first two floors and women on the top two floors. A study lounge is available on every floor. Breese Hall is located right off of Elmwood Street across the street from Fletcher Hall. It has quick and easy access to the Reeve Union quad and Blackhawk Commons.

Scott Hall

South Scott is a 10-story housing facility offering scattered, coed and all-women's floors. South Scott Hall is one of the first buildings students see as they approach UW Oshkosh. It is located on one of Oshkosh's main roads, Wisconsin Avenue. Part of the Scott Hall complex, South Scott is a great place to interact with other students.

South Scott Hall has 10 floors (rooms on floors 2 through 10). The main desk provides many items including games, VCRs, change, and ice machines. Stone Willy's, which is located centrally between the two Scott Halls, includes a snack bar, big-screen TV, mini video arcade, ping-pong, pool tables, and a foosball table. Stone Willy's has a patio area with grills and also can be reserved for social activities.

Facilities include study lounges, baby grand piano, weight room, and sauna. The Scott Computer lab has recently been renovated. The lab has 15 PC's and 8 Mac's available 24 hours a day. Lab Consultants will work the majority of these hours in order to provide help with computer problems.

South Scott is one tower of a two-tower residence hall complex.

Taylor Hall

Taylor Hall, located across from the Kolf Sports Center, is centrally located on campus. Currently under extensive remodeling, the hall will reopen with its "new" look and new furnishings for the 2005 fall semester. Student rooms feature climate control, sprinkler system and new furniture. It is a coed environment. The lower level contains a new kitchen, expanded recreational areas and new music practice rooms. The lobby has been designed as a gathering place for hall residents and fosters healthy interaction among community members.

Due to the facility's improvements, the housing fee for Taylor is higher than that of the other halls. Also, due to the new furnishinigs, bunks/lofts cannot be brought in.

Taylor hall as a tradition of active community council and strong Homecomming participation. The building is open during the academic school break periods.

Webster Hall

Centrally located, Webster Hall is a three-story, coed hall whose traditions include an annual Thanksgiving dinner, a "Crazy Cash" incentive program for attendance at community council and other events and involvement in various community service projects. Webster Hall has an active community council and offers a great variety of programs throughout the year. Males are housed on the second floor.

The basement contains a fitness room, computer lab, piano room, sauna, large screen TV, kitchen, laundry, and a variety of study and recreational lounge areas.
