Hall Staff

There are two Community Advisors (CA) on each of the floors (except the first floors) of each hall.  These fellow undergraduate individuals will help you get acclimated to college life.  They are interested in getting to know you and assist you with your transition to being a college student. There are three Program Assistants (PA) who serve all three buildings and are also Desk PAs for their buildings.  They are also undergraduate students.

• The Academic Initiatives PA will develop and produce programs that will help you be more successful academically at UW Oshkosh.  This person also serves as a PAL for Academic Advising, and is a connection between you and academic resources on campus.

• The Engagement and Involvement PA is here to make intramurals, athletic events, clubs and organizations, speakers, and other great opportunities known to everyone and encourage participation and involvement in these events.

• The Community Engagement PA is here to help get you involved in the community of Oshkosh as a whole.  They will be coordinating large community service events and can help you get connected to something that you would be interested in doing as a volunteer.
  

There is a Residence Hall Director (RHD) in each hall who has a Masters degree in College Student Personnel or related field.  It is their job to manage the residence hall, supervise the staff, advise student groups, encourage leadership development, and make sure that students have a positive and growing experience.
