The MIO is dedicated to helping residents connect to ResNet (which in turn connects to the internet), and in helping maintain said connection. We will try to the best of our ability to help with virus and spam related problems, but for liability reasons we cannot help with other software or hardware related problems.If you need help with any of the services we provide you can contact us at 920-424-0863 and we will try as best we can to solve the problem over the phone walking you through the problem. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, we will set up an appointment with a Technician to come out to your room.
