The Management Information Office has been developing applications for years which help to support the Department of Residence Life. In the last few years most of these applications have been converted to web applications. Later, a portal was developed to bundle these applications together which provides better accessibility, more functionality, and the ease of a single login.
The Portal now contains many applications and is being developed by the students who work at the Management Information Office.

The Management Information Office (MIO) is the student-staffed computer operations division of the Department of Residence Life. The Mission of the MIO (Management Information Office) is to enable students living in the residence halls and the employees of the Department of Residence Life to make effective use of their computer resources. To do this, the MIO will strive to consistently provide quality programming, training, and technical support for the Department of Residence Life.
