Student Service
$25.00 per room per night
This service includes: mattress pad, pillow with pillow case and two sheets per guest. Each room contains two twin beds, dresser, closets, and a refrigerator.
Full Service
$35.00 per room per night
This service includes: the beds made, a towel set (two towels, one washcloth), soap, and a plastic cup per guest. Each room contains two twin beds, dresser, two closets, and a refrigerator.
Plus Rooms (limited number of rooms)
$43.00 per room per night
This service includes: hotel-style room with one single or double bed, microfridge, telephone, TV/VCR combo, iron and iron board, coffee service and air conditioning.
Apartments
$75.00 per day - $300 per week - $675 per month
There are two furnished, air conditioned apartments available for rent. Each has two bedrooms with one double bed each, bath, kitchen, and living room.
Taylor Hall (summer only)
Rates based on continuous stay
1 to 7 days $40 per night*
8 to 30 days $36 per night*
31 or longer $30 per night*
This residence hall is completely remodeled and is air conditioned.
Housekeeping/Service
Daily housekeeping is not provided, however, all common areas in the conference center (including bathrooms) are cleaned on a daily basis.
Additional linen packets may be requested for your group at a minimal cost per packet.

Two Year College Students Housing Contract
If you are currently attending a two year college and would like to reside at Gruenhagen Conference Center you can request so by filling, signing and mailing back to us the Two Year College Housing Contract.
UW-Oshkosh Student Housing Contract
If you are currently attending the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and would like to reside at Gruenhagen Conference Center you can request so by filling, signing and mailing back to us the UW-Oshkosh Housing Contract.
