Refunds & Cancellations

For 2009:

Prior to June 15, 2009, a full refund will be given for cancelled rooms and/or nights (shortening your stay).

After June 15, 2009, a fee of the cost of one night's stay will be deducted from the amount of your refund for any cancellations or shortened stays.

If you do not arrive by 12 pm (noon) CST the day following the start of your reservation and have not contacted Guest Reservations to notify them of your late arrival and/or your plans to cancel, you will not be eligible for a refund and your reservation will be cancelled. For example: if you are expected to arrive on July 25th, we will hold your reservation until noon on the 26th. At that point, if we have not heard from you, your entire reservation will be cancelled.
