General Information

Each reservation made requires a three-night minimum.
All rooms have two twin beds, unless a single is requested and are furnished with: 2 sets of bed linens, 2 pillows, 4 towels, 2 wash cloths and soap. Most rooms also come with refrigerators. We are not able to provide cots or additional beds.
All buildings on campus are SMOKE FREE.
Once your room has been set, we are unable to provide additional clean linen and/or towels. Laundry facilities are available in the lower level of each hall.
Each residence hall has community-style, semi-private restrooms, which are located on each floor. If for medical reasons you need lodging close to a restroom, please inform us prior to your arrival.
Internet capabilities will not be available in the residence hall rooms.
Computers available for public use will be located in the Gruenhagen Conference Center Computer Lab, located on the first floor. Please be mindful of a 15-minute time limit when others are waiting.
A shuttle bus will be available to take guests to and from the EAA air show site. For more information about the shuttle bus schedule and pricing, please see the front desk of your hall.
If any special needs are required such as an elevator or a ground floor room by anyone in your group, please notify the EAA Housing Office prior to your arrival at the University.
