Dear EAA Guests,

On behalf of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and Gruenhagen Conference Center, it is my pleasure to welcome you as our guest.  We are thrilled to have the opportunity to meet your lodging needs during EAA AirVenture 2008, and it is truly a privilege to do so.

We are already in the midst of planning and preparing for your arrival in July of 2009, and each of our staff is committed to making your stay with us memorable.

Headlines

-Taylor Hall, our recently renovated building which now includes air conditioning and elevators, has been filled and the wait list closed.

-We do have a limited number of ADA compliant rooms for guests in wheelchairs. To receive one of these rooms, please request it specifically.

-There will be public computers located in the Guest Reservation Center, which will be open 24 hours. If there are people waiting to use a computer, a 15-minute time limit will be enforced.

-Parking is free in any of the University parking lots. Please do not park in reserved or handicapped parking.
