UW Oshkosh through the Gruenhagen Conference Center also provides lodging for the annual EAA fly-in. Pilots from all over the world find lodging in the residence halls for a week in late July.

All residence halls are filled with those who share the passion of aviation. The rooms are furnished with: 2 bed linens, 2 pillows, 4  towels, 2 wash cloths, soap, and most rooms also come with refrigerators. All rooms have two twin beds, unless a single room is requested.

Residing on UW Oshkosh campus has several advantages. We have our own dining area as well as many attractions. This includes a movie theater, salon and more! A shuttle service is also available for a nominal fee to take any guest to and from the EAA air show site.
