The Assistant Director of Residence LIfe - IT and Budgets is responsible for the Management Information Office, Artist Office and Budget Planning. 

 

  • Supervised and evaluated 40+ technology employees in all job responsibilities

  • Supervised and evaluated 6 Student Graphic Artists and Photographer in all job responsibilities

  • Supervised a 3200 user Residential Network (ResNet)

  • Served as project manager for the programming team

  • Served as project manager for the web and portal development team

  • Managed and planned a $500,000 IT Operation Budget

  • Managed and planned a $10,400,000 Housing Budget including a 10 year capital improvement and revenue plan.

  • Served as a management resource to seven Lead employees

  • Developed and enforced MIO and ResNet policy

  • Researched and recommended the purchasing of hardware and software products

  • Researched and recommended the purchasing and implementation of Building Access and Surveillance Systems

  • Assisted in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Management Information Office, Artist Office and Residence Life personnel
