Message

Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting computer related problems to ResNet connection. Other than troubleshooting Reslife computers, we also visit residence halls and troubleshoot Internet connection problems of students' personal computers. As a technician, I am also responsible on setting up workstations for various conferences held by the Department of Residence Life or by Gruenhagen Conference Center.
